No Dragons here. Just Whales, and a whole lot of substance.

Whales' Den offers a fresh perspective on PropTech innovation. Suppliers present their platforms in front of a distinguished panel of senior industry figures — not for the gladiatorial spectacle, but for genuine understanding and insightful discussion.

Unlike traditional pitch shows, no one is here to be embarrassed or torn down. Being in the room means you've already been recognised as a key player. The show is about distinguishing the good from the great, and helping agents cut through the noise to find the partners they can trust.

From Dragons to Whales, then into Wales — live on stage at K Con.

"Before anyone asks — no, this isn't an April Fool's. We've actually hired the studio. The chairs. The lamps. The whole lot. As previously used by a lesser-known group of investors on the BBC. Our mission has always been to bring agents and suppliers together, and Whales' Den is the perfect opportunity to do just that."

How it works

Four stages from pitch to platform.

A curated invite-only experience, designed to elevate the suppliers agents most need to see.

01

Recognition

If you've been invited, you're already considered one of the most relevant or exciting suppliers in the market. No cold submissions.

02

The Studio

Filmed at The Depositories in Stoke Newington — the original Dragons' Den studio — from June through October 2026.

03

The Panel

Pitch to a rotating panel of senior industry figures, with constructive feedback on product, trust, commercial viability and what really matters to agents.

04

Live on Stage

The series moves live to the main stage at Kerfuffle Conference, ICC Wales, on 7 July 2026 — 750+ agents in the room.

The Panel

Meet the Whales.

A rotating panel of senior industry leaders and respected thought leaders — chosen for their judgement, their networks and their willingness to engage in substance over spectacle.

Every Den needs someone who'll go after the seams in your pitch. Russell will be doing exactly that — pressure-testing the claims, the numbers and the story until what's left is what's real. No prizes for vague claims. No mercy for fuzzy logic.

Express your interest

Pitch in the Den. Or join the panel.

Whales' Den is invite-only, but expressions of interest are open. If you believe you should be part of it — as a supplier pitching, or as a panellist — get in touch.

The twist on the classic Dragons' Den format: this isn't about investment. The pitch is happening with the agent already in the room. If a dragon says "I'm in" after hearing you, that means you've won the right to formally pitch for their business — and that business might be 1,000+ offices or one of the country's leading independents.

For a dragon who's a thought leader or fellow supplier, an "I'm in" means they're giving up consultancy time or membership to help the business that just pitched. Real prizes. Real outcomes. No cheques — just doors opened.

  • Filming June–October 2026 at the original Dragons' Den studio
  • Live on stage at K Con, ICC Wales, 7 July 2026 — 750+ agents in the room
  • Constructive, substance-led conversation — no gimmicks, no public takedowns
  • An "I'm in" from an agent dragon = the right to formally pitch for their business
  • An "I'm in" from a thought-leader or supplier dragon = consultancy or membership to help you grow
  • Panel rotates throughout the series — slots open to industry leaders
